Event Preview: Teen Science Fiction and Fantasy Night

Join us at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at St. Louis County Library--Headquarters for Teen Science Fiction and Fantasy Night with Lenore Appelhans, Antony John, Lauren Oliver and Tamara Ireland Stone.

In Level 2 by Lenore Appelhans, the recently-deceased Felicia is trapped in a limbo-like afterlife, reliving her own memories and trading with others, until a bad-news boy she thought she left behind stages a jailbreak and recruits her to a resistance movement.

Elemental by Antony John features a post-apocalyptic society that has reverted to America's coastal settlement past, with one notable exception:  The residents have control over the elements...except for Thomas.

Lauren Oliver's Delirium trilogy comes to its conclusion in Requiem, where Lena will have to commit all she has to the resistance as several important figures from her past battle their own internal demons.

In Tamara Ireland Stone's Time Between Us, Anna knows there's something special about the new boy, Bennett, but she never suspects it's his ability to travel through time and space...something very appealing for a girl who wants nothing more than to see the world.

Copies of all the above books, plus Antony's Five Flavors of Dumb and Thou Shalt Not Road Trip and DeliriumPandemoniumDelirium Stories: Hana, Annabel, and Raven; The Spindlers; Before I Fall and Liesl and Po will be available for purchase and signing.  If you can't make it to the event, call Left Bank Books at 314-367-6731, ext. 1, to order signed, personalized copies.
